Absolutely the best!!! My daughter was on a cross country trip in her sprinter van and ran into a loss of power. Bill and Matt were quick to diagnose the issue to get her fixed up and get her back on the road. The issue with the van was not just a simple fix, Bill's knowledge eased the situation and he had a plan to get it fixed in a timely manner. They both went above and beyond to help a stressed dad feel at ease. A huge thank you to these guys and Red Rock Auto Center. Oh, and I also love the way Matt answers the phone:) best phone voice ever!

I can't say enough good things about Red Rock! After getting into an accident on a Friday afternoon in Sedona, RR came to the rescue! Not only did they take amazing care of my car after my tie rod was damaged in the accident but It was late on a Friday afternoon and they were closing soon for the weekend when we hobbled into the location. They could have easily turned us away with an apology end of story! However that was not the case! They chose to go above and beyond in helping us get the car repaired the next day, despite it being a day they were closed. We were able to meet our flight out of Phoenix the next day.

Five Star service plus! Everyone on Bill's team was absolutely awesome when I brought my 97 Dodge Roadtrek in for brake repairs. The emphasis on service and training, customer relations and consideration of pricing... Everything went as well as could possibly be expected. Both front rotors got replaced along with a caliper, and the leaking water pump with swapped out as well, in addition to some regular maintenance. I came out early on a Monday and they hustled to at get me back in my van to sleep for the night. Then the remainder of the repairs got done the next day. Auto repair is not cheap, but I'd rather pay Bill and his crew once, then have a backyard guy do it cheap twice! That said, the final bill was less than I expected. That and the nationwide repair insurance that guarantees their work...there are not enough stars!

We were on a road trip when our van (belonging to Rich Stevison) broke down in Sedona. TJ, the manager, set up an option with the owner, Bill Raper, to get it fixed. Bill worked 12+ hours on Saturday to fix our van so we could get back home. He also loaned us his vehicle for the day. I and my travel buddies are soooo grateful!

Our Jeep broke down in Sedona while traveling from out of state! They immediately got us in for service and back on the road! They could not have been more helpful! They offered my 83-year-old father a bottle of water several times! I highly recommend them. Their website says they are known for their honesty and integrity, I couldn't agree more!
